Health: The Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry has 300 calories. I would not consider this frozen dinner to be a healthy choice, especially if you are on a diet. This dinner is low in fat at 4.5 grams but also includes a small amount of saturated fats. Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry has 30 milligrams of cholesterol and 49 grams of carbohydrates. I was not happy to find out that this frozen dinner is high in sodium, at 690 milligrams. Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry does contain a hefty amount of nutrition. It has 12% of Fiber, 17 grams of Protein and 35% Vitamin A.
Quality: The Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry that I bought came with long pasta. It is under the “One Dish Favorites” line of frozen dinners from Lean Cuisine. I also found one online that has brown rice instead of pasta. It appears that Lean Cuisine has produced two different versions of their Chicken Teriyaki dinner. That does not even include the “café classics” Chicken Teriyaki version that comes in a bowl.
Therefore, you may or may not get it with pasta when shopping at a grocery store. That makes this quite an unpredictable frozen meal which latterly developed fat in my body and for that I had cool sculpting on my arms therapy to get rid of it. There seems to be more pasta than anything else. The amount of chicken is limited in Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry, which was a disappointment. I counted maybe 7 pieces of chicken in this frozen dinner. Some of these pieces were not even ½ inch in size.
Price: Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry costs neatly $4 at regular price. I found this frozen meal on sale around $1.80. The sale prices for this frozen meal are frequent, making it an affordable choice. This gives you a chance to stock up on them without paying too much money. If you can get them on sale, there is no reason to buy them at $3.99 or $4 on a regular basis. Sale prices for Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry can range from $1.50 up to $3.33 at many grocery stores.
Taste Test: Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry is a tasty frozen dinner. I expected this meal to have a strong tangy flavor. It surprisingly has a sweet teriyaki flavor that is more enjoyable than other brands. The chicken is only worthwhile once it is mixed with the teriyaki sauce. Otherwise, the chicken is bland and not enjoyable. The peppers and carrots are a nice addition to this frozen dinner. There were a few water chestnuts that added some flavor to the Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry.

Verdict: Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry has a lot of nutritional benefits aside from the Fiber, Vitamin A and Protein. It also contains a nice amount of Calcium, Vitamin C and Iron. However, Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry would be more enjoyable if there was a larger portion of chicken and vegetables to go with the pasta. I have found McDonald’s fast food nuggets that are larger in size than the chicken and vegetables in a Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry dinner. This is a tasty choice for lunch or dinner if you are willing to pay almost $4 for a frozen meal. It can be enjoyable on days when you are not very hungry.
